The Power of Cheese
I hope everyone had a Wonderful Christmas! Ours was great. We stayed home and my oldest sister Angie, her husband Eric, and his son Drake stayed with us on Christmas Eve. Angie and Eric have been living in another state so we were excited to have them here with us. We had Christmas dinner and Justin's parents and brother joined us for that, I love family get togethers at our house.
My mom came up on Christmas morning. I don't know how she made it here, it was snowing and blowing so bad that day. She ended up getting stuck at the end of our driveway, so after Justin and Eric went out and shoveled and snow blowed we opened presents. My cute little Grandpa was going to join us too, but he didn't make it in time for dinner. He waited until the roads were plowed to come up. I felt so bad that he was stuck at home all alone for most of Christmas day.
The girls were so excited to give Justin his gift, they picked it out all by themselves.
Trin knows I don't have a jewelry box, so she made me one. How cute is that? Thank-you Trin I Love it!
The girls got what they asked for from Santa. Trin wanted an Easel, Zoe wanted "Chou Chou My First Tooth" it's a doll that grows teeth. Santa ran out of white baby dolls so she got a little black baby. She loved it.
On Christmas Eve the girls put the cookies out for Santa. Trin said "Oh wait, we forgot the cheese!" She then goes to the fridge and pulls out one brick of cheese and throws it up on the counter, Zoe says " Hey wait, what about the other one?" So she goes and grabs the other one and throws it up there. My sister and I were laughing so hard. Does anyone remember "ahh, the power of cheese" commercials? Well, I guess if you leave Santa cheese you get more stuff.

How did you explain the cheese ending up back in the fridge the next morning?
Everything you type I can hear you saying. You are hilarious! Love all the cute pics at Christmas- looks like the cheese trick worked. your girls are always so happy. I love their smiles! I hot glued our gingerbread house, too- same reasons! Did the Cheetah girls ever give a statement as to why they cancelled? Looks like a lot of fun the past month! Keep 'em coming!
Paula- The girls didn't even question the cheese being back in the fridge.
